Power supplies like everything else...get old.

If it were me, I wouldn't place too much faith in a 430W power supply that only puts out 384W at best, when it's brand new.

ill try to get a new power cord as a last hope..

if that doesnt work ill try to get money for a new powersupply

not like i've had the computer for 4-5 years or anything hehe

There's a very rare possibility that it could be the motherboard. I seriously doubt it though.

left my PC on ALL night, this tv no longer has the weird grunge texture.

See what the idea of spending money will do for computer problems.

my tv panel DOES have a bleed in it, but i hooked it up and turned netflix on not connected to my computer and it didnt have the grunge texture.

It seems you don't have the grunge texture anywhere?

its still on this tv, but BARELY visible.

you have to be looking for it to find it.

Well...then it's vid card, cable or power supply. Guess it could be driver related...but I don't see how.

the cable i have is very old, if switching that out doesnt really work then its power supply.

vid card isnt the issue, already tested.
