Haven't I already told you to bridge that Comcast gateway and setup a real router behind it?

Hell, you may even want to just get a standalone cable modem to replace that POS Comcast box, and use a separate router.

Because I've had a shit ton of experience dealing with crappy ISP gateways, and the litany of problems they cause. And if you keep the receipt, and it doesn't resolve the problem, you usually have 14-30 days to return the router.

Which one was the router you recommended? Also got a call from Comcast saying they found a loose wire outside on the pole. They said they will fix tomorrow morning... I really hope that fixes all my problems

OK, this is relevant information. Do you have one or more coaxial splitters in your house? A bad/wonky splitter can cause T3 time outs.
