Well then try these....
Make sure Fast Boot is set to enabled, and make SATA Support, set to Last Boot HDD Only. Don't think it will help, but... ???

1. Some software on the new or old HDD?
2. Having one SSD set to be the A: drive?

something in the bios apparently .... i reset it.
So I dont know specifically.
