Basically revamps the entire game. New maps, New areas, New mobs/bosses, Lots of new items and sets n shit.

Also increases the difficulty by a lot for pvm. Their secret levels you open portals to are basically impossible unless you have the right build and gear to negate the effects.

Can also play online with others if you add the medianXL servers to your blizzard servers list in your registry.

gotcha. i liked it when d2pk or w/e it was around, a fully pvp optimized server with essentially perfect gear.

Median XL is was Diablo 3 tried to be.

So somehow I beat Kurast 3000 BA at level 52. Started at level 49. OH MAN. That was insanely difficult!! Found a lot of gems and runes though. :)
