not really just 1intake 1exhaust can be sufficient

might get windows 10 free not sure havent checked if its still possible

sayakas build is 1243 just from newegg but without win 10

this one works too

sayaka's is nice though if you want themed and aesthetics

and could just get evo 212 instead of h100 would make it 1169 at newegg if you did but no windows too

212 evo is old, i'd stop buying it and look into other (better) options like the cryorig h7 if you don't want wc

It may be old, but it's still a better CPU cooler than the Cryorig H7

agreed and wont have slight rotation but its on auto notify at newegg, but it is a cheap reliable cooler

if the Phanteks PH-TC12 wasnt twice the price i'd recommend that but does come with 2nd fan
