Lemme try and make this simple. That was just stock fans on that review.
On top of that it got the same temps as every card from the 780 on up.

Nvidia claimed they hit 2.1ghz+ With stock setup & only hit 67c

Keep in mind the 82c is at STOCK clocks too.

When Nvidia claimed "stock setup" they were referring to the hardware....NOT the fan control software.
