but many reviewers had trouble achieving the same clocks that were shown during official presentation (~2114 MHz).

wasn't that 2.1ghz toted around like it was just a click and go and nvidia didn't actually try very hard to hit that clock?
and that it was a reference card with the reference cooler with a non binned chip, running at 67c

lmao
nvidia why you lyin

Those are the temps w/o a fan curve set.

good luck dropping 15c by bumping fan from 50% to 100%

Lemme try and make this simple. That was just stock fans on that review.
On top of that it got the same temps as every card from the 780 on up.

Which part don't you understand??

I think you're missing the point.

Nvidia claimed they hit 2.1ghz+ With stock setup & only hit 67c

Keep in mind the 82c is at STOCK clocks too.

When Nvidia claimed "stock setup" they were referring to the hardware....NOT the fan control software.

/e In the pic above, the cards are all obviously running with no fan control software.

okay
who cares about what speed they're running their fans at
why are people getting 82c on stock clocks when nvidia gets 67c on 2.1ghz with "potentially stock" fan clocks

i think you're missing the point
