Water and electronics go hand and hand. You just have to be competent when using them both in tandem.

I had a crystal T line from Bitspower crack wide open once, that was the only spill I've ever had. No damage done though.

Yes but it's a liquid, not all liquid put into liquid cooling loops are in fact water. Most of them are purified water in which the conductivity is so low, nothing happens with 12 volts.
