As you build ur comp, or even after it's built...take the time to write down: MAKE / Model Number / Serial Number of every part in the comp...if it has a version number like some RAM and motherboards...write that down too. Then when you DO have questions to post...you can just copy paste your system build and save a TON of time...here's mine for example:

Now if I had a comp problem I could just copy/paste this list...and folks trying to help solve problem, won't have to spend loads of time and posts, prying the information out of me



P.S. Ofc, don't post the serials etc., JUST the make and model of all ur parts...keep a 2nd list with all the serials etc., for RMA or tech support issues thru the part's manufacturer.
