Valley doesnt like me, I get a hardcore bottleneck somewhere.

No matter what i do, my scores always around 4700~

50% usage in 1-2 tests

80% in a few others

i wanna know why the 970 scored kinda low with pretty good clocks. my 290 beat it out with 1150/1500 with a subpar cpu
just seems kinda weird to me idk
