Rent in NYC is ridiculous it's 1800$ a month for a studio in some areas... I live in Syracuse.. for my 2 bedroom apartment I pay 635$ per month... I have a dining room, living room, kitchen, bath, master bath, master bedroom, and a spare bedroom that is now an office.

Careful it only costs a few $ to find out more.

Yeah inner city is absolutely ridiculous. That bachelor is one of the nicer apartments, the cities old right.

Syracuse is and old beautiful city.. I live in a suburb.. if I lived in the city of syracuse my rent would be about 500-600$ more per month for a shittier place in a shittier neighborhood.

I hear that - I'm working on getting my first house to rent out, in the city for investment - the housing market is going to boom here theres no room for new houses, and we are building condo's, condo's, and more condo's. A house in my future will be a small gold mine.
