edit:: whats portable amps like? are most of them just shit/should i just use some s4a's unamped when i am on the go?

was hoping to find a portable amp thats rechargeable and a desktop amp

depends on how the mp3 files are created and how good your setup is.

if youre using lossy 192kb/s shit mp3 you HAVE to upgrade your music.

i prefer flac (lossless) and V0 depending on my device im using to play back the music.

you dont need an amp for the s4a. earbuds generally dont need to be amped unless youre spending a shit ton.

i guess the fiio setup would be best then.
