Does anyone know of some software that would run on a intel 8080, z80 or 6502 micro processor? Some text based game would be nice.

Trying to get into processor emulation but I can't seem to find any decent enough software which is to simple or to advanced. I would start with the atari or NES, although I don't think I'm quite ready to emulate multiple parts of a device like that (cpu, ppu, ram, etc).
