Newegg shipped cables using DHL, they have never used it to ship something to me tell now. I hear horror stories about DHL always.

It's sitting at local post office I wonder how long tell it arrives.

Neweeg has been using carriers other than UPS for about a year or so now. Mainly Fedex, last time I ordered.

Yeah it's always been fedex for me, but I guess since it's sitting at local post office it cant get the screwed up? I hope...

Don't be too sure, I was RMAing a motherboard....it was picked up by Fedex, the guy then drove about 50 miles to PA - W.VA border and had an accident. Lol

Local post office is like 11 miles away ahaha heopfully no accidents happen between here and there.


NZXT makes okay products there customer service/selling is horribad though


So the order they were supposed to cancel 2 days ago they shipped anyways after i talked directly to the manager of support so funny.

Took them 3 days to process....they were supposed to cancel since processing took forever and then they sent it out anyway after telling me to expect the refund in 3-5 days...

DHL is the worse carrier ever.
sometimes i even wonder how they stayed in business this long...

Usually shipping for computer parts goes flawlessly

have had problems with the g10 brackets and now http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812162026 those are going to be a pain i bet
