more or less vram?
What are the clock differences?

I was talking maybe difference between 2gb and 4gb versions for scores (I obviously can't see the ones you are comparing to)
But I do think you do have a very low score for Valley, on Ultra settings our (stock) 7970 got just under 1700, and your I'd assume should be near 2k+

vram wouldnt hold back a 1080p test
Have you tried OCing it some? 1111mhz is only slightly better than stock iirc
My 780 stock is like 980? maybe 1050
and I have it over 1200 OC

may be due to drivers also

780 with 12xx MHz shouldn't win 780 Ti with 1250 MHz.

780 ti memory timings are actually a disadvantage in Valley.

Reference 780/Titans don't have an on board VRM sensor - This is normal for most Nvidia cards.

And no there is not a ExtremeHD Preset, Heaven is an older benchmark that takes CPU out of the equation. Excellent for comparing GPU scores.

Dunno whether the VRM's are the mobo or the vid cards...but....down at the bottom.

You have so much ocing headroom. Don't worry until temps are in the 90s. +75mhz isn't shit btw. you need to oc way more.

I love my 7970s when the driver fits the game. Most games don't seem to like dual gpu sadly.

Not too bad for a 6300 and a what....7850?

You can also try the Unigine Heaven Benchmark at default settings...it's more GPU centric.
