i got the refund last week and cancelled over a week ago.

if they do charge or contact i will send back, but it would still be their fault fr being such a bad retailer.

Actually, they can't charge him for it. He canceled, they sent it anyway. He can offer to send it back, but they cannot request he do so. Federal laws were enacted to prevent businesses from sending people things in the mail that they did not order and either making them pay shipping costs to send it back or charging them full price for the product they didn't order.

If he gets it in the mail, it's his for keeps, yo.

Edit: It's one of the primary reasons why Amazon won't request you send something back if its accidentally shipped or included in an order to you. Yes, they're "good guys" but this is the primary reason.

But thing is, he ordered it then cancelled, alot of sites do have disclaimers on cancellations

They refunded his money, which to me is an agreement that the order has been canceled. If he really does get it in the mail, they probably are not going to ask for it back. He could be nice and send it back, but I'm willing to bet he gets to keep it without a fight.

bought an asus n66u that i price matched for 30$ less then the regular price.
Canada computers was not able to compete with the retailer i price matched to, that was the lowest price they could go with.
the router was 40$ cheaper then their regular price and the manager sounded sad about it in his voice tone.

ill instal ddwrt , which is a thing i usually don't do , instal 3rd party shit right away when i buy something new, but i'm going to re-do the whole house network with static ip's.
