The bracket just for the Lightning is ~140$
Need more tubing, more liquid. That is 30$
Need a new rad, and only one that can fit in current case is a 200mm square, which is 85$
And thats hoping I dont need a bigger pump and that I dont need one of those reservoir things.

anyone know the thermal limit of the 780 Lightning?
My issue seems to be when the card heats up to around 75c, it begins to artifact :(
VRM/PCB/Memory temps are in the low 50's

So looks like to clock much higher ill need better cooling.

Was able to run at almost 1400MHz, but once it got into the mid 70's it began to lightly artifact, with high 70's to low 80's it would crash

You could check the GPU-Z "PerfCap Reason" and find out if it's a thermal limiting issue.
Just run Valley on Window mode with GPU-Z in the foreground and look for it in the sensors tab.

Are you sure your VRM's are at 50c? Because at 1.4v my VRMS are screaming, you should hear it, like dying cats.

no sounds
AB shows them reaching a cap of maybe 55c
When fans were 80%
they went down a little at 90%
