Who was the one using plex on here.

For some reason when I stream anything with subtitles my stream tanks and stutters/buffers every few seconds, but playing without subtitles (even transcoding media from 1080p to anything) is perfectly smooth. Is this a known bug with 9.11.1 or what.

I have 9.9.16 installed on my other server across the rock and it seems to be fine although it's a quadcore vs a dual core.
