Got my new card, returned the last one
Was starting to artifact at stock, had a bad sli bridge

Well, this new card has one problem
The Lightning LED doesnt turn red. It goes from blue to purple. Even on stock bios

No voltage increases I get:

+225 on Core
+700 on Memory

http://www.3dmark.com/3dm/2097987

Same as with my last one, increasing voltage (even +100mV) still gives me artifacts going +10 or so over current core

battleship cheats
your CPU, and overclocking your CPU, increases valley score a decent amount
I get ~3fps difference between stock and OC

Wouldnt happen to know why when I increase the Core Voltage
nothing happens?

Adding +100 mV doesnt change the voltage over 1.15v (hw monitor and GPU-Z confirm)
which is the exact same when i dont add voltage

also
my lightning is purple
I mean, valley/heaven it stays purple, but furmark it goes red lol

crazy ass memory clock though
think its almost 7.5

Are you using stock MSI to change the voltage?
Have you done the MSI 3:20/4:20 Settings mod that allows 1.3v?

all ive done to it
is flash the Sky LN2 hynix bios, which is suppose to allow 300%(130%) PL and 1.212v(+100mV)
and im using AB 3.0.0. Beta 16

in settings under general in the drop down box next to the "unlock voltage control" do you have reference design or standard msi?

if you have any of those change it to extended msi, that worked for me.

only two drop boxes I have near there is "user mode" and "kernal mode"
and how often I want to check for product updates

im using AB beta 18 though as well as I have Rbby's mod installed (maybe that makes a difference)?

pretty sure rbby's mod only works with 15?
Least that was the only way to get it work for me, as any increase in voltage would not show up anywhere until I used 15

Im trying to focues on getting stable clocks on something I can run 24/7 at first
then focus on the big boy volts
