Well just added "pull fan" to Hyper 212 EVO, and then ran P95 v27.xx for 1/2 hour. Ambient is 63F or 17.2C. Bottom CPU RPM is the "pull fan"

/e Everything is still on Auto except the RAM, which is set to factory defaults.
