chapo.... run away from it dude..

i bought a new aurora 11 with a 2080rtx 6 months ago. it had so many glitches that inimmediatley sent it back to dell. my keynoard and mouse both new alienware would shut off and be of no use intermittently. other peripheral mouse and keyboard worked but their solution was multiple updates and phone calls which did absolutely nothing.

i didnt buy a high end system to take on so many issues. if that was that big of a problem then, god help me for what i face down the road with it

That is really unlucky lol.
And usually those big brand makers have crappy tech-support. They wouldn't be able to troubleshoot it over the phone at all.

I don't like the configurations shown in that link (Intel i5, RTX 3060, etc.). I'm sure it'll look fancy with its RGB lights, but the part that really bothers me (without knowing the price) is the motherboard and its WiFi card. First, not enough details on the motherboard. Unless they're going to use whatever is the cheapest, in which case price is relevant to provide a fair comment. Second, why is it offering a AC WiFi card? Latest tech is AX WiFi (also called WiFi 6). I think the current market trend is that people favor motherboards with built-in WiFi and it's AX/6 level. Without knowing the price, I don't like this configuration at all.

Going back to the original topic line about Alienware, I prefer Alienware laptops. I have had good history with them (AW-M14X, AW-13, AW-13 R3). Specifically, I only used Alienware for their 13"-14" size with great keyboard layout (doesn't reduce the right shift key, full size keys for up and down, etc.). The current market is killing off the 13"-14" size because cooling is a problem in this size with the new RTX mobile GPUs. Using these mobile GPUs start at 15"-16" size.

For the price of both the motherboard and WiFi, it's just under decent. That motherboard, MSI A520M-A Pro, is last generation in terms of speed (PCIe Gen3). Current generation is PCIe Gen4. Also, you can find better motherboards at a very low cost of under $100 USD at current generation speed.

By the way, if you want, you could get a pirated Windows 10 instead. That's another $100 knocked out ^_^

Two steps
I know the videos look shady but they work lol, and shows step by step tutorial.

1. Create Windows ISO image in USB, and install Windows using it.

2. Activate Windows using KMSPICO
