Good job reporting someone before doing five minutes of research to see if you're wrong.

First of all, thanks for the citation. That's what I was oriignally asking for.

Second, I was under the impression it was a 3rd party tool. So reporting a post is perfectly fine.

Third: Blizzard does not "recommend" to use it, just says it's okay. Entirely different than what zell1luk's post said.
