Put your hand on the base of the monitor & Pull up on the monitor with the other hand. Sometimes they can be pretty stiff to move.

it says on one of the papers it has height adjustment. but does not say how

it is a bit much but i can always change the resolution if needed. and its nice when watching native 4k movies.

and i moved windows scaling to 150%
