Doesn't matter what program you have open, it's the mouse cursor that looks like 20fps, which is above all apps.

U can't even tell the difference between 2600k and 2600, highly doubt u can notice the difference between 144hz and 60hz in non gaming apps.

100% wrong. Difference from 144 to 60hz is very noticeable, even outside of gaming.

Oh wait i have 5760x1080 @144hz and 2x 1080p monitors
Mouse moves fine on all 5 screens

Nope, the delay/lag is there. It's very noticeable. I'm not the only one who agrees with this, just look online and read what other people say.
