You should see something in Programs & Features called: Realtek Ethernet Controller Driver, with version and install date. THAT is your LAN driver.

Now that you got you speed back...don't mess with anything else. Just make sure everything works OK, like Skype, your games etc. You got tons of stuff on your comp, that I'm NOT familiar with. :/

/e

But, if everything works OK w/o those boxes checkmarked ( in network > properties), then I would just leave them un-checked.

/ee Did you build this comp yourself?

I ask, so I can figure out where that Optimum Online thing comes from in your Network > Properties. I don't wanna suggest anything about the driver yet, till we figure that out.

/eee I would just leave things as they are. I PM'd a guy who knows more about this than I do. He'll know about this stuff.
I stripped my Windows 7 install down to the bare bones, over the years. I don't want to suggest something, that I don't need, and have it mess something up on your system.

Your computer is fine.

That driver looks like the right one. So you don't need the one we downloaded.

Just leave those check boxes unchecked, and keep them unchecked, if you find out (after a few weeks) that you don't need them checked.

I would assume it's the cFos program, rechecking the box.

/e Or maybe it needs one of the other boxes checked, before it will allow you to un-check it.
I don't know why it's on the computer. It's not part of Windows tho.

/ee Maybe you need cFos Speed, I just don't know.

I "think" this is the program...

Highlight that cFos component, then click the Uninstall button. Follow the prompts. That should remove the component from the adapter bindings completely.
