Windows has a patch for this.
Most browsers are already patched.
Most AV are already patched.

Here is an executable that will run a PowerShell script, that will check your system and let you know what if anything you still have to do, to protect yourself from Meltdown and Spectre.

Short version: After all the software and OS patches, we will still need a BIOS update, to safely protect ourselves from Meltdown and Spectre. The BIOS update will be new...as in...not quite released ...yet. But should be out soon.
