You're actually an idiot. lol

I looked up the video he used and played it on my screen. How did your brain not figure that out?

Also, how is reddit any different from d2jsp other than they're not stuck in 2001? lol

You are both either seriously confused...or just plain sad.

/e I just posted a video with no "excessive" motion blur...and still you persist. Every review I've found has nothing but praise for the DELL.

Guess you're gonna need a different soap box.

I just don't understand people who have such brand loyalty. Like.. yeah Dell makes good monitors. Everyone knows that. Apparently they just missed the mark a bit on their QC with their new ultrawides. Shit happens. No reason to get so defensive.

I mean, I guess OP could just take a risk on that Dell and hope for the best? Seems easier to just walk away from it and find something else.

Looks like he got lucky to me. Probably used their gaming mode as well to help.

Seriously, LOL?

Here's the guys reddit post...note what I have bolded.

Spent $1500 on this Dell U3818DW for my glorious office upgrade. Got the first monitor and immediately set it up to start gaming but noticed the terrible motion blur before I even launched Steam.

Spent hours on the phone with Dell technical support only to get no where. Still wanted to make this work so I setup an exchange. Finally get around to setting up the second monitor and experience the exact same issue. Spend more hours with Dell technical support. Now I'm fed up and just want to get rid of this thing so I can get something reliable. Dell tells me I'm outside the return policy and refers me back to technical support because they would not offer me a refund. (I was literally one day outside the 30 day mark from the original order and I hadn't even actually had the thing for 30 days since delivery.) Get no where again and they send me another one. Video says it all.

So what we have here...is some idiot who bought a 60Hz monitor with no Gsync or Free sync, and tried to game on it. He wastes time trying to exchange the monitor for NO reason, and gets upset with DELL. So he goes on a rampage and tries to make Ultrasharps look bad.

It's pretty obvious.

/e If you need any more evidence that this guy ISN'T a reviewer...here's his other youtube posts...

Fuck if I know I skipped to the gameplay in the middle for 5 seconds. Didn't watch a random video from a YouTube neckbeard with 10 subs.

Here. The guy was clever, I'll grant him that. But it doesn't make what he said...true.

/e Sounds to me like the guy in your video, THOUGHT he was buying a 144Hz monitor...probably just didn't read the specs.
He got angry and figured he could "hurt" DELL with his campy review.

DELL's premium line, are their Ultrasharps. They aren't gonna bone themselves, by releasing f..ked up ones, are they?
