i tried that but for some reason it doesnt work. i changed my amazon and samsung password on their websites from my desktop. and when i accessed these apps from my smart TV, they were still logged in and did not ask me to input a new password. but on the desktop version of these, it did ask me to input a password, and the changed password worked for the desktop only.

i can try this because the bigger TV i still own is also a samsung smart TV

i hope so... but if he doesnt then he can purchase videos from my amazon account and i think i maybe linked my google play account to it

i tried this and i honestly dont see how, but it didnt seem to work for the TV?

I did text the guy who bought it and asked him to reset the TV and sent him instructions on how to do it. i just hope it resets the TV and is honest about it...

Sign into Prime, go to Amazon Video, click Settings. It's on that page, under Registered Devices.
