If their turbo works like Intel's, it'll max turbo as long as half or less of the cores are being utilized. I was able to get max turbo speeds at all times by disabling 2 cores on an i5 via the bios, even in p95

I don't think it's worth losing 4 cores and 8 threads for only 500mhz but it might be possible is all im sayin

Ill have to try it when i get home just to see. As it is now ive never seen more than 2 cores boost at the same time.
