290x was sitting on shelf, was going to sue it as a temp gpu while installing os on new pc
it would not post
took 1070 out of current PC (not one im building) and put it in newly built and it worked instantly
put 290x in current pc (not new built) and it works
??? dont know why
why does gpu only work in specific comps
