TL;DR

At least 1 case exists of Kinguin marketplace keys being already in use.

All of them. And even if only 1 of them was a case of bad key, it's still enough to make Kinguin keys not 100% legal. It's a marketplace. You can get fucked on 3bay and you can get fucked on Kinguin.

I like the part where you pretended my statements about OEM and MSDN keys aren't 100% true, though. :P

Ok? What does that have to do with literally anything?
Doesn't change the fact that marketplace for cheap keys = gray market.
It's up to buyers to decide if they want to buy 100% no problem legal keys or risk getting a key that gets deactivated in a few years.

Those aren't unnamed marketplace sellers. That's a company that makes deals with developers, etc. Not even comparable. Try again.

Waiting for rebuttal:

Does Kinguin sell OEM keys yes or no?
If yes, then you have your answer as these keys are not supposed to be sold without accompanying hardware.
If they allow marketplace users to sell OEM keys, how do you know the other keys they are selling are not MSDN keys, which are ALSO against Microsoft ToS.
That is why it is gray market and not black market or pirated. You can't tell what is and isn't OK by Microsoft.

distributors? Not sold on Kinguin. They would Amazon and be 100% of key sales if they were.

That's a physical CD / box. Because real, legal, legit, Microsoft certified, OEM keys come with a physical product.

Try again.

No. He's wrong (like usual) and likes to ignore facts and is stubborn. It's passing my time at work making him look dumb :P
