There is a law in the US that a merchant HAS to sell an item at the price it's marked at...even IF it is a mistake. This is for brick and mortar stores. How this pertains to etailers...who knows.
I would check for some free legal advice in your area. You may just luck out.

When I was in Cali...Toyota advertised a Toyota for a song. Some one went in and sung a song then wanted the Toyota. After the layers argued for a bit, the person DID get the Toyota...for nothing more than the song.
