With the Cooler Master you can crack ANY CPU's pcb.

/e They explain how to tighten the screws... in the directions. Which ofc, are almost impossible to read. :)

/ee On top of everything else...if you don't do the screws like I said, you will find out for yourself that it will be impossible to get, let's say screw #2 to even reach where it goes, if you tighten screw #1 all the way down. Just as an example.

I'm not arguing that its a good idea to tighten them little by little, Just that it wont break a cpu to tighten them out of order.

When installing the vid card...you ofc, have to remove the two pieces of metal shown by the YELLOW dots, (which I'm sure you figured out already). After installing the vid card...do NOT tighten the screw(s) down TOO tightly (at the YELLOW dots)...or the FRONT of the vid card may not fully seat in the front of it's slot.

You will have to adjust the screws tightness to suit.

/e As for neatness...

Your case should have places down near the power supply and at various places around the motherboard TRAY, that will allow you to hide various large power supply wires, behind the motherboard.
Namely the 8 pin connector, near the top of the motherboard, the large 24 pin connector and the 8 pin connector from the power supply to the vid card.

That's fine...the 6+2 end goes to the vid card, the VGA.8 pin goes to the power supply.

Some vid cards require 6 pin connectors so they just made them all 6+2...so if needed you can separate the 2 pin from the 6 pin. If the vid card doesn't need a 6 pin (which yours doesn't), then you just use the 6+2 as an 8 pin.

/e I don't know how many monitors you have, but until you get Windows installed, it's best to just hook up ONE monitor.

/ee The power supply should be mounted with that big ass fan, pointing DOWN. (You probably already did this) If not, you need to stop and fix that.

yeah its going down.

My wiring is going good.. butttttttt the cpu wire is split into 2 on one end. And the little clips are both in a weird spot on the split end. which side goes in cpu?

It should be the split end that goes into the top #1 slot on the motherboard.

/e Also, when you get ready to USE your new computer...make sure the keyboard and mouse are plugged in as shown by the RED circle.

Just trying to help with things that many others have missed. :)

Yeah the top 8 pin connector for the motherboard...usually JUST reaches. :)

/e On some larger cases, ppl have had to buy an 8 pin extension cable.
