I see Ghot hasn't changed any in my absence.

@ OP ignore him. It's what all the cool kids do.

Well if you are just going for sales look for:

CPU:
6600k or 6700k. You wanna future proof your build as much as possible getting an unlocked one.

Motherboard:
Chipset Z170, Brands preferable Asus and MSI.
EVGA, ASrock, Gigabyte can do. ATX size

RAM:
Preferable 2666-3200Mhz 15-16CL Gskill or Corsair

Graphics card:
GTX 1060, 1070 or RX 480
With custom coolers, preferable Asus, Evga, MSI or Gigabyte.

SSD:
Samsung 850evo, Samsung 750evo or Crucial MX200, something like 250-500GB

Case:
ATX size, what ever you prefer lookwise.
I can recommend the brands: Corsair, Nzxt, Phantek and Fractal Design

PSU:
EVGA SuperNova (GS, G2 or P2) 550-750W
Corsair RMx 550-750W

Like some one else mentioned.
Onboard sound is already pretty good.
You most likely wouldn't be able to tell the difference on a cheap sound card and onboard sound.

What speakers/headset will you be using?

you can save a lot of money by opting out of overclockable hardware (cpu/motherboard, then you can use stock cooler)

non oc: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/WG6dm8
oc: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/XKbDxY

edit: that part list you linked used mail in rebates
blegh
