Just because it never has happened to you doesn't mean it can not happen. You seem to think like this a lot. There are plenty of reasons why the keyboard can behave like this, two of them being either the flash is going bad or there is some kind of physical damage to the traces on the PCB.
@OP: Try booting into a Linux live disk and seeing if the problem persists. I suggest
https://www.kubuntu.org/getkubuntu/ and burning the ISO to a DVD. Alternatively you can try software like unetbootin to mount the ISO onto a USB thumb drive so you can boot from that if your computer does not have a DVD drive. Once done, insert it into your computer and boot from it. Without installing it should drop you into a graphical environment where you can open a web browser, or a note pad to test if the keyboard is functioning.
This would eliminate the factor of it being a windows specific problem or if the keyboard is really defective. I would also attempt to try alternate USB ports on the computer.
Get over yourself. OP said nothing about spills.

I think that my left collumn is dead, so something must have happened inside the keyboard like circuitry failed.
Cause the only things that don't work are ESC, ², TAB, Caps Lock, Shift and CTRL rest is fine.
I guess need to check with provider
Have you blown the dust out of the keyboard...ever? Your last post, does indeed sound like a column is possibly shorting out, or cross connected.
Dust or a potato chip fragment, DOES happen a lot, on any companies keyboard.
