I want a custom cooler with 0 Db fans at idle

so how again did we get 67c at 2.1ghz when every review shows 82c at whatever clock speed

i haven't looked at anything too much but everything i've seen screams "underwhelming" in comparison to what i already have

Those are the temps w/o a fan curve set.

Says something about the stock target fan speed doesnt ramp up until 80c~ As "Nvidia fells thats a good comprimise between noise/heat/etc"
