I would get Dell Ultrasharp monitor as it will have better picture quality and then just add Raspberry. It will work with small tv too.

just got the beyerdynamic 1990 headphones and they sound amazing I'm thinking about pairing the schiit modi 2 and schiit vali 2 with it lol.
