Damn bro that sucks. I would certainly look into a charge back if anything so you can get your full amount credited to you.

My keyboard I don't find noisy. Brown switches no O ring.

It's a fab shop, They make everything they sell.

They had it all in stock, the guy just kept making stupid excuses why it hadnt been done yet. Then promised to ship it out over 2 weeks ago & never did.

Emailed him & he promised to send it out 5 days ago, And never did. Etc.

Some switches are definitely quieter than others and you can make them even quieter witih o-rings. The quietest by default would probably be MX blacks.

Yeah, the color looks pretty nice, but eh, don't get sucked into it. You can really get a much better overall mechanical keyboard quality-wise for the price.
