Anyone here every flew with Delta Airlines and Checked baggage?

Was broken english my bad. I'm going to be checking on a bag which I have never had to do on a flight before I was wondering with delta if they automatically put your luggage on the connecting flight or if I have to go grab it everytime and put it in the next area.

Most airlines transfer your luggage onto connecting flights. I traveled Westjet a few times a few years ago and they did that.

The only time you need to pick up your luggage is if you are traveling internationally where you have to go through customs.

Downer flying to Caribbean but the island in particular is a UK territory, that helps thank you.

If you ask the customs or the ticket purchasing employees they will tell you at which destinations to pickup and drop off your luggage. If your flights are not specifically connected (ex: flight1 must transfer into flight2 at XXX airport) they will not transfer your bags. Last time I flew even though I had 20 minutes between when I landed and my next flight I had to wait for the bag boys to dump my shit onto the carasell and go through international customs which caused me to miss my next flight. Luckily Westjet was kind enough to book me a new flight and a hotel for that night.

So unless it specifically says you are to join a new flight on your ticket assume you have to pick up your baggage.
