to be honest...this whole upgrade was just so I could run 16GB of RAM, an AM3+ socket and a SATA III mobo....4GB of RAM just doesn't cut it any more lol

That's why I picked 16GB so I can skip that upgrade later on :)

Right after I got the 4x4 set of RAM....they came out with a 2x8 set...and since the Hyper212 EVO blocked 1/3rd of first RAM slot...I ordered the 2x8GB set and am sending the 4x4GB set back
