If you like colored sound of tubes I can understand you. For the speakers can't say much as the info you give about them is meaningless.

I have listened to a bit of music and also used it for some movies, the bass it puts out is downright impressive and the audio reproduction is on point, and I'm not even using anything significant for cables, literally its probably 20ga speaker wire from the 70s haha

With tubes audio reproduction won't be on point as there is always coloration, some how ever prefer the coloration that tubes come with and it will be different with different tubes. As for wire, it doesn't matter what wire you use as long as the cable has low enough resistance, which can be achieved with cheap OFC that is thick enough.

I know how that goes, not even sure where my O2 is and I haven't hooked up my DAC or media center in a WHILE

If I end up staying in this house for a significant amount of time I thoroughly plan to install a 60"+ TV in the living room, add my media center, and have the headphones, O2, and Dac all hooked up alongside the tube amp

for now, I have like 25% of my shit hooked up haha

Well I tried the new Titanium HD drivers from Creative. For awhile I couldn't use my soundcard because it had no support for Windows 10. Well they gave it support but they don't give you the little app that made everything convenient. Now you get a menu with tabs. Pfft. I would use it but I can't switch between the rear of the card and the front IO panel so I said fuck you card. Sticking with the Xonar STX for that reason only CMSS-3D would be way better than dolby virtual surround but I want to use my speakers and headphones; switch between the two and what not. Then again I could always unplug the jack and plug it back in anytime.

Fuck it.
