This is an awesome video btw.

An order filler for a walmart distribution center. Starting pay is 17.45, with a .50 cent increase for grocery order filler and a .30 cent increase for evening shift. However, because of my safety certifications, I negotiated a 2 dollar pay increase. So I'll be making $20.25/hour. I will basically drive around on this pallet thing and pack it with whatever the computer tells me. Then I'll drop it off at a designated point and rinse and repeat.

This is literally almost double what I make now. I've worked my ass off for a non-profit and finally it paid off.
