Now you're just throwing a bunch of hypothetical that are irrelevant. When he said a car he bought for $20k, it's implied he's using it. Much different than a pair of fucking headphones too.

But I mean, if you want to defend someone spending $600 for a pair of headphones, so be it. Pathetic

Does not mean hes using it, again some assumption. Your base argument is where people should spend their money and you have an opinion. Your opinion takes into consideration zero variables.

600 bucks for something you will use 5 plus years is shit in the wind or maybe its not in their situation who knows, you don't.

Roommate has less then 200KM for 4 months of ownership 35K Jeep. Makes for a good parking lot ornament.

His estimate for insurance for the year was less than 5K usage.

Well yeah. I mean it's his money and he can do w/e he wants. But to me, it's a dumb idea to spend that much on a pair of headphones. Especially if that user is not doing any professional audio work.

You are always concerned with what other people are doing. Why is that? That's what my mom does and it's annoying. She has to concern herself in every conversation with what everyone is doing etc. Just worry about yourself.
