Yeah, the NicoDerm CQ patches came with all that advice. I've tried to quit a couple time before, record so far was 3 months.

Another pile of Tricuits and swiss cheese slices...
Then an entire large peperoni pizza... lol
I've already got another large pepperoni pizza in the fridge for tomorrow. I'm hoping my uber metabolism can keep up.
