If and when those cravings come back hard, go for a walk. Exercise and fresh air do wonders to subside the craving for nicotine. Be prepared to eat more too. Nicotine has a way of subduing ones appetite.

I only ever get cravings when I'm watching a movie or tv show and they smoke a cigarette. They make it look so God damned good. Then I'll go buy a pack, smoke one, realize that it's actually fucking disgusting, and give the pack away or throw it out.

I don't know what's in these patches, but I just thought up Virtual Reality Telephones.
No more long distance relationships.
