Derp, not for smoking....but for cutting back from 2-3 packs a day to 1 pack a day, for the past two weeks, then just starting on the patch this morning. :/

no one deserves a stupid medal for not smoking when you shouldn't have done it in the first place. it turns alot of people into assholes ( littering everywhere they go, blowing smoking in the direction of others, putting their smoking needs first as priorities, not to mention they smell like shit after they just had a cig ). i'm SO glad my apartment complex is a smoke free complex, i don't have to deal with that shit at all here ( people smoke in the parking lots, luckily i have a garage and not a car port ).

When I grew up lad...everyone smoked. Fortunately you don't have to grow up in that environment.

After 40 years of being addicted to something, which you have NO CLUE about...YES I do deserve a medal for trying to quit. I guess you'll just have to deal with that. ^^
