but dayum another bottle of creatine already? or just stocking up? then again if ur loading it, u take alot, like 4 times a day, 5 grams. then again depends on what form of creatine if u load it or not and how many grams to take.

http://www.amazon.com/Optimum-Nutrition-Creatine-Powder-Unflavored/dp/B002DYIZEO600 grams for 15 bucks. thats like 120 servings at 5 grams each serving. i use that. mix it with iced tea, dissolves great. doesnt dissolve well at all when mixed with my protein shakes, tastes sandy lol. no flavor, but gross, unless it dissolves well. for some reason iced tea works great.
or i used to take a teaspoon and put it plain in my mouth, then chug a bit of water to wash it down lol.
