I believe a seasonic fanless 520w plat will be able to run sli 1070 then? :D

Probably a 1080 as well, its only 180 watts.

Going for a new build with pieces bought overtime whenever i see good deals. But starting off with a gpu and change it out in my current i5 3570k with 660ti

They all burn out slowly, the shit ones just do it faster.

Besides, even if the TDP is 180W, it doesn't mean the GPU wouldn't spike up notably higher. If I were to make an educated guess based on the 900-series, I'd say that thing probably fluctuates near 230-240W region in bursts.

And obv no one would OC their CPU and dual-1080's on a 520W PSU.
