Should i wear a tie?

depends on the job...if dock worker..no...

Generally, white collar job = suit and tie
blue collar job = lotta callouses jeans and worn out plaid shirt

in between casual but new and clean and matching.

most important...never discuss salary...force them to offer ^^

as usual..have w/e documents they MIGHT want...and even better...letter of recommendation from last employer
