Aside from your name though - You've got a point, graphics cards are in stock everywhere at retail pricing. There's no better time than now to build/buy and get exactly what it is that you're needing.
My gaming rig is a Ryzen 9 5950x with a 3090ti, It runs everything I will ever play maxed out with zero issues. I couldn't imagine needing an upgrade for the next 3-4 years. (Not to say that I won't but there's genuinely no REAL reason to.)
