D2 has always been about the pvp, loot, grind for me.
Never cared about the graphics for this game.

Yea I know, look why I am still playing d2 lod today... but this d2r is all about the graphics revamp lol thats the point of a remake  Why not get its full potential?

Sorry, I love modified cars, cant keep them stock, maybe thats why I love my game candy looking ?

I've seen RTX 3090 gpu throttle 100% on this game... Running 2021 graphics (high) is really taxing on hardware, depends how much you like the eye candy. I guess all low settings shouldnt be that bad. My 1080 TI must be Medium to 60 fps in 4k res... too bad there is no gpu at retail price.

Funny how everybody is saying; relax it's d2r... maybe people are satisfied with lower graphics :hail: to them

From what I've heard ppl having trouble running 4k even on RTX 3080, we prolly gonna see some performance improvements before the release.

It was, but we never rly had a chance to improve the graphics so no one even thought about it.
Now once we get this dope graphics it would be not right to not use it. Tho, yeah... even tho I'm optimistic about D2R, I obviously pre-purchased it, I still gonna wait for the release and try the game before doing any GPU upgrade, just to make sure.

Its actually not to bad at all for the price. That'll be all you need. Not the best setup in the world but it'll do. Better hurry up and buy it says only 1 left in stock.

He’s too late! It’s mine now

Edit: LOL! I just checked the link. That is the exact PC I bought two days ago. I also bought extra RAM for it. I got mine cheaper for $770 though.

I haven’t upgraded my pc since original d2 (pre lod). So I figured it’s time. I purchased this and also got 2x 16gb RAM sticks and upgraded it to 32gb (max).

Since I don’t know much about PCs and my local dealer couldn’t get one with the chip shortage and quoted me over double than what I paid, I’m curious if this will hold up to the d2r specs. Thanks for your help.

if you haven't bought it yet, Id HIGHLY recommend this one.

I bought one a couple months ago and I LOVE It. although, it definitely needed better cooling, but other than that. I couldn't be happier. can play d2r on highest settings (albeit the gpu runs hot) w/ 70ish fps and mid settings 110+ . That being said I turned fps limit down to 60 via Nvidia 3d settings and thats by far the best. My GPU runs way cooler, game is sexy looking and no issues.

But imo, this is best value for money from what ive seen. Current gen i7, 1660 super, 16gb ram, 500gb SSD and actually highly customizable and designed for you to be able to add aftermarket parts if you want. HP did a good job w/ these omens, other than cooling. But I paid less that $50 for aftermarket fans and cpu cooler which lowered my temps about 25%

If I were buying today, I would look for something with at least a 1660 Ti/ Super

Please don't waste money on 1650 or even the new 3050, just don't

Also, you can catch pc's that offer 5 equal monthly payments w/o any credit check if you meet whatever requirements are that Amazon has for it. I don't know what they are, but ive b een able to do this for years. But it's only on certain items and the pcs usually sell very fast when they become available w/ this feature so you just have to watch it and check each day.

Just search "Gaming PC's" filter w/ "prime shipping" "whatever price you want." and you'll see certain ones that have a payment option of 5 payments. Youl'll know what im talking about as soon as you see it. I suggest 800-2k just to see whats available. Theres also really good deals on gaming laptops w/ 3050's and 3060's, albeit youd DEFINITELY want a laptop cooler w/ em.

I got this pc and a brand new Samsung G-5 curved 144hz 4k monitor and pay $300 a month and I LOVE em.

But that is truth and it's not like there is a huge gap between GTX 1650 and 1660 that has way better price:efficiency ratio.
GTX 1650 can be okay for 5+ year-old games and most certainly not good for D2R that is totally a GPU-game.

you already purchased or you were thinking about it?

GTX 1660 Super , is the minimum I would go for a gpu.
Everything else is fairly decent for a budget. That ram is DDR4, so 8GB will be enough.
Assuming your only playing D2R at 1080P Medium settings 60 fps.
