Tbh im having the worst experience with my zotac 2070super, customer service is pretty shitty and they are trying to not swap my card for another when im having issue with mine and its still under warranty

Never buying from zotac again after this experience

I mean, it's their discretion. You send the card for rma, they take a look at it. If fixable, they'll repair and send it back. If not worth the time, only then they'll just give you another card or equal performance.
Just cos ur under warranty doesn't mean it's a straight up exchange

Unless ur saying that they repaired it, and it's still causing problems, and they insist its fixed and not willing to do anything

And the resale value of your card is higher because as long as you transfer the proof of purchase to the new owner the warranty transfers.
