I mean, it's their discretion. You send the card for rma, they take a look at it. If fixable, they'll repair and send it back. If not worth the time, only then they'll just give you another card or equal performance.
Just cos ur under warranty doesn't mean it's a straight up exchange
Unless ur saying that they repaired it, and it's still causing problems, and they insist its fixed and not willing to do anything
